Lentor Hills Residences Condo is located where?
Lentor Hills Residences is a condominium development on Lentor Hills Road, surrounded by largely low-density private residences. Lentor Central, where Lentor Modern will be developed, is to the north. The Lentor MRT station, connected to Lentor Modern, is only a 3-minute walk away.
Covered walkways will connect Lentor Hills Residences to the MRT station and the Lentor Modern Mall. As a result, people will have easy and safe access to various amenities, including a supermarket, childcare facilities, cafés, and retail stores.

- Up to 8 stories in the low-rise zone
- Mid-rise zone: up to 16 stories with a sky terrace
- High-rise zone: up to 23 stories with a sky terrace
Given its relatively large site size of 184,460 sq ft, the condominium will provide a full range of amenities. A minimum of 5,380 square feet must be left aside for an infant and daycare center, which is projected to house up to 100 infants and young children. This will complement the nearby 10,000-square-foot Early Childhood Development Centre at Lentor Modern.
Nearby Expressways to Lentor Hills Residences Condo
Three main expressways are only a 3-5 minute drive from Lentor Hills condo. They will make citizens’ commutes shorter and more enjoyable. They are as follows:
- Corridor North-South (NSC)
- Seletar Expressway (CTE) Central Expressway (CTE) (SLE)
- The NSC is still under development, although it is expected to be completed in 2027, roughly concurrent with the completion of the apartment.
The NSC, with a length of 21.5 kilometers, will be Singapore’s longest Transit Priority Corridor. It will run through Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Toa Payoh, and Marina Bay, connecting the northern region to the city and the East Coast Parkway.
The NSC is predicted to cut traffic on the CTE by 10-15% during peak hours and shorten travel time by 30%. As a result, a trip to the city by car will only take about 10 minutes.
